Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Buffalo, NY, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, including providing administrative and clerical support, managing schedules, handling phone communications, organizing documentation, and supporting executive leadership as needed. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations smoothly
- Effective Communication and proficient Phone Etiquette for engaging with students, parents, and internal teams (this is the key to the job - developing kind and friendly support for our incredible families)
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with schedules, meetings, and correspondence (experience is great but we will also train you if you are the right person)
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Office Suite and office technology
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus but not necessary
