Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them navigate the coffee and tea menu.
- Prepare coffee, tea, blended beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
- Take orders carefully and communicate special requests to the team.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and preparation standards.
- Refill coffee beans, tea supplies, milk, cups, lids, and other daily-use items.
- Keep counters, beverage stations, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with coworkers to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating supplies when assigned.
- Support opening and closing duties according to store procedures.
- Communicate supply shortages or operational concerns to the shift supervisor.
