Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coeur d'Alene, ID, for a Restaurant General Manager. The position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience through excellent customer service and team management. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss (P&L) statements, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The Restaurant General Manager will collaborate closely with other departments, support strategic initiatives, and address customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial goals are met and profitability is maintained
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver consistent and exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Hiring and team management to build and lead a highly effective restaurant team
- Ability to create and implement efficient operational strategies and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant environment or luxury hospitality setting is a plus
