Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, contractors, and team members with enthusiasm, verifying credentials and guiding them through safety protocols
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including processing shipments, inventory checks, and equipment setup
• Conduct routine safety inspections of the facility, including fire exits, security systems, and equipment checks
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and operational activities
• Support emergency response procedures by coordinating with local authorities and following established safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards throughout the facility
• Respond promptly to inquiries or issues raised by staff or visitors, providing clear and positive communication

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse groups of people
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining focus on tasks
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures is a plus
