Description
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Notate, ring-up, and serve the food and beverage requested by guest.
- Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool.
- Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness.
- Assist guests at the pool with general service.
- Walk all areas and remove all glasses and empty trash receptacles.
- Set-up and/or breakdown Pool areas on a daily basis
- Remove trash and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
- Stock pool linen and supply to ensure par inventories.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.

Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30 pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.
Salary : $11 - $12
