Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Work under direction of Outlets Manager or Supervisor.
- Comfort with making an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages with latte art and flair.
- Must be able to showcase coffee making abilities upon interview
- Communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience.
- Comfortable with preparing different coffee beverages. (Barista experience a plus but not required).
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Articulate the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the space to our guests.
- Handle all checks and cash according to procedures; accurately prepare tip reporting paperwork on time.
- Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property

Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 15 pounds frequently.
- Comfort with learning a point of sale systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
Salary : $12 - $14
