About Us:
The Clubhouse is a lively community destination combining sports, entertainment, and great food. If you love creating delightful dining experiences and working with a vibrant team, we're looking for a Bartender like you!
Position Responsibilities:
- Make Drinks: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Be creative with how they look and taste.
- Talk to Customers: Take orders and serve drinks. Be friendly and make people feel welcome.
- Suggest Drinks: Help customers choose drinks they might like.
- Keep Track of Drinks and Supplies: Know what's available and tell managers if anything's running out.
- Restock the Bar: Make sure the bar has everything it needs before and after work.
- Clean the Bar: Keep the bar area clean and neat.
- Prepare Garnishes: Cut fruit and other extras for the drinks.
- Set Up Bar Area: Arrange chairs and keep the space around the bar clear.
- Help Teammates: Work with other staff members, especially if someone's missing.
- Follow the Law: Make sure everything's done legally, especially with alcohol.
Teamwork and Tip Sharing:
At The Clubhouse, everyone works together as a team. Guests may move around our venue, and their check follows them. So, all staff members share tips. Some jobs might get a bit more of the tips, but everyone is important in serving our guests. If you work here, you must be okay with sharing tips with your teammates.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of spirits/beer/wine and ability to keep the bar area neat.
- Friendly service ability.
- 2 years of bartending experience strongly preferred.
