Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Bartender at Bonefish Grill, located in Pine Brook, NJ. The Bartender will prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails and beverages, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include recommending menu pairings,handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and adhering to food and beverage safety standards. The Bartender will work collaboratively with the restaurant team to create memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly environment
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage preparation and service
- Proven Bartending skills, including creating and serving cocktails and beverages
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating point-of-sale systems
- Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must meet local legal requirements for minimum age to serve alcohol
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
