Our goal is excellence through uncompromising service to our members in a caring and respectful manner. Our team provides high levels of service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our members with two full-service restaurants, bar and lounge, along with a high volume of event activity.
Responsibilities:
*Set up banquet rooms as instructed to include glassware, service ware and linen. Putting up and taking down tables.
*Maintain high service standards, to include serving all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
*Assist banquet manager in serving guests during banquet functions, making sure water glasses are filled and tables are free from dirty dishes
*Greet and welcome guest and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
Requirements:
*Motivated, team player with a sense of urgency and customer service mentality
*Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
*Knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry
*Friendly and thorough, assuring product quality and consistency
*High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
*Food service/banquet service experience preferred. Will to train right individual with a can-do attitude.
