Description:
This position assists the Manager of Tennis Operations in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Tennis Department.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Scheduling court time and educating members on tennis programs, lessons, and equipment.
- Assist with Tennis shop sales while providing exceptional customer service.
- Greets, schedules lessons and court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explains all Tennis programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs.
- Assists in ensuring all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
Applicant Preferences:
- Prefer individual over 18 years old that does not have school restraints and has a flexible schedule that may include day and night shifts and filling in for vacations.
Pay: From $20-$22 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule Options
- From 7:30am – 3:30pm
- From 3:30 pm to close on weekdays (closing time is based on court reservations)
- Weekend shift needed: Saturday 8am – 2 pm or 2 pm – close and Sunday 2pm – close (closing time is based on court reservations).
- If available during the day, this person could be on call for coverage for the Manager of Tennis Operations to fill in for sickness and/or vacations
Education:
- College or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)
Salary : $20 - $22
