Administrative Assistant
The Club at 12 Oaks is a Holly Springs, NC-based company that provides on-site and remote support to its employees. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processes
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Process accounts receivable payments
- Assist with monthly statement reconciliation.
- Processing AP check runs
- Data Entry
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or senior manager
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles preferred.
- Strong understanding of Payroll processing preferred.
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
