The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, self-directed Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support financial processes, office operations, and client coordination.
This position requires someone who:

Core ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Support- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices and vendor payments accurately and on time
- Monitor receivables and conduct professional follow-up
- Maintain organized, audit-ready digital records
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping support
- Work within QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Research and compare workersβ compensation and general liability insurance policies
- Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
- Help plan and execute customer appreciation events
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Professionally communicate with commercial property managers and building owners
- Support follow-up and relationship-building initiatives
- Represent the company with clarity and professionalism
- Financial tasks handled accurately and on time
- AR follow-ups completed without reminders
- Organized systems that reduce leadership oversight
- Professional, confident client communication
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving
Compensation will be reviewed at 90 days based on performance, ownership, and contribution β not tenure alone.
Qualifications- Experience with AP/AR or bookkeeping
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Construction or service-industry experience is a plus
