The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Gift Bag team and create products sold by major retailers across the country. This full-time, hybrid role combines work-from-home flexibility with in-person collaboration in our Nashville office and includes benefits and PTO.
This position is ideal for a hands-on designer who enjoys taking creative ideas from initial concept through production and seeing the finished product reach the retail shelf.
While direct gift bag experience is ideal, we are equally interested in designers whose backgrounds translate well to our business, including gift wrap, greeting cards, stationery, paper goods, packaging, party goods, seasonal products, surface pattern design, textiles, home decor, and other consumer products.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of color, typography, illustration, pattern, composition, and consumer trends, along with the ability to translate those trends into commercially appealing product designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required.
Direct gift-industry experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant product, pattern, illustration, or consumer design experience are encouraged to apply.
