This role ensures the smooth operation of personnel functions to support a dedicated multidisciplinary team of teachers and therapists.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Conducting background checks and coordinating new-hire orientations for administrative, clinical, and teaching staff.Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and update HR databases with employee status changes.
