Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractor to join our growing team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for experienced residential cleaners looking to fill gaps in their schedule with additional work.
Excellent communication is a requirement for this position. We are looking for contractors who respond promptly to phone calls and text messages, provide accurate availability, and communicate proactively if an issue arises. Reliable communication is just as important as providing exceptional cleaning services and is a key factor in receiving ongoing cleaning opportunities.
As an independent contractor, you can accept cleaning opportunities based on your availability while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. We are looking for professionals who can provide consistent availability, deliver exceptional cleaning services, and provide outstanding customer service to clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Cleaning opportunities include residential homes and vacation rentals. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a traditional employee role. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and vacation rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain high cleaning standards by properly disposing of trash, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and ensuring each home is cleaned to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and schedule updates. Failure to communicate in a timely and professional manner may result in fewer or no future cleaning opportunities.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment correctly to prevent accidents or property damage.
- Provide your own cleaning supplies, equipment, reliable transportation, and proof of general liability insurance. (Don’t have insurance yet? We can help you obtain it after you’re hired.)
- Arrive on time and represent the company professionally during every appointment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience is required.
- Experience with vacation rental cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
