Position Overview
We are seeking two dependable and hardworking Common Areas Cleaning Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobby, reception, and other areas.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep, mop.
- Clean entrance doors, glass surfaces, windows, mirrors, furniture, décor, and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed based on operational requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to perform lifting, bending, standing, and operating cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Schedule
- 6 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4pm, Saturdays off, Sundays from 9:30am to 3pm
- $16 per hour
Payment organization:
- Payment: Every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit)
- Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22
- Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th
We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
