Job Title: Residential Cleaning Team Member (Solo)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Team Member to join our team. This position involves working independently to provide high-quality cleaning services in our clients’ homes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to company standards.
- Work independently to complete cleaning assignments on time and with a high level of quality.
- Follow safety procedures and use non-toxic cleaning products to protect clients, pets, and property.
- Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with clients while in their homes.
- Report any safety issues, damages, or maintenance needs observed during service.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Qualifications:
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Trustworthy and respectful when working in clients’ homes.
