For over 20 years, we've built one of the area's most trusted residential cleaning companies. We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our next phase of growth by developing our team, increasing sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- What You'll DoDrive Sales & Growth
· Conduct in-home sales consultations and provide estimates.
· Convert leads into long-term customers.
· Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Track sales metrics and improve closing performance.
· Help develop local marketing and business growth initiatives.
Lead Operations
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of 35 employees.
· Hire, train, and mentor supervisors and field staff.
· Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
· Ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Business Leadership
· Help manage budgets, profitability, and operational expenses.
· Improve systems and processes that increase efficiency.
· Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives.
· Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
· 3 years of management experience leading teams of 20 employees.
· 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing business.
· Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
· Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
· Self-motivated with a desire to grow into increasing leadership responsibilities.
Pay: $63,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
