What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support / Office Manager position at The Clean Team?
PART TIME POSITION -
The Clean Team, an award winning carpet & upholstery cleaning company located in Kingston, MA, is looking for a polished but down to earth individual with customer service experience who is very detailed oriented and has excellent client relation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a professional environment, worked in a customer service environment, has computer experience and worked with a CRM in the past.
Must have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Publisher & Excel. Knowledge of Constant Contact is a plus.
Duties include but not limited to;
-Professionally & cheerfully answer all phone calls;
-Greet & assist all walk-in clients with a friendly smile;
-Scheduling client appointments using our software;
-Manage & Prepare monthly mailings;
-Manage, Prepare & Send Monthly E-Newsletters using Constant Contact;
-Responding to client’s email inquiries;
-Maintain a tidy, organized office;
-Assist technicians as needed;
-Create, manage & post social media content;
-Order supplies, Office & Operations;
-Attend & Participate in occasional Networking Events during working hours
-Provide administrative and clerical support to management personnel;
-Assist clients by carrying in area rugs from their car to the office and then also bringing area rugs to their cars at time of pick up; The ideal candidate needs to be able to carry and lift 50 lbs alone;
-The ideal candidate will possess the desire to assist our clients with a caring and cheerful manner over the phone or in person;
-The ideal candidate will need to learn & retain various information about our industry;
-Potential weekly & monthly bonuses;
-Must be able to manage a busy office setting. Clients visit our office during the day. The phone can be very busy at times. Must be able to remember and record details from client conversations;
-Must love dogs - there is an office dog on premises;
-Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 8:45 – 5:00-approx. Must be flexible to fill in for random vacations.
-Individual must be on time consistently & able to be flexible with time at end of day.
