Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with local businesses, and creating a strong sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our janitorial services and schedule qualified appointments
- Build and manage a pipeline through consistent outreach (calls & email)
- Track activity and follow-ups to stay organized and maximize opportunities
- Report on progress, wins, and opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Goal-driven with a positive, persistent attitude
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly base pay commission (uncapped earning potential)
- 4% commission on recurring monthly contracts
- $100 per qualified appointment set
- Additional bonuses for one-time jobs
- Flexible daytime schedule (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Hybrid role – only 1 day per week in office
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
