Duties
Reporting to the Admissions Director, along with the CUNY Title Overview, the Admissions Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Serve as a member of the senior management team in Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment working collaboratively and strategically with all stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals in each area.
- Oversee the operations of all undergraduate admissions functions which includes freshmen, transfer, non-degree, and readmission. Use innovative approaches to optimize staff functionality to meet enrollment goals and exceed student expectations.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee transfer credit evaluation team while advising on articulation agreements and dual enrollment programs.
- Collaborate with faculty in a variety of selective programs to ensure a smooth and ethical admissions review process.
- Oversee and support Reconnect initiatives as a part of college-wide Reconnect team.
- Provide data analysis and reporting on application and enrollment trends.
- Support recruitment efforts wherever necessary and serve as a public representative of the admissions office at a various internal and external events.
- This position occasionally requires travel, evening, weekend work.
Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.

- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with external constituents and partner
- Experience training and developing staff with varying levels of skill and experience d

- Ability to prioritize competing tasks while working efficiently and independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of applicable software such as: CUNY SIMS and/or PeopleSoft/Oracle
- Possess a valid driver's license

- Performs related duties as assigned.
