Coral Gables operates under a commission/manager form of government and is well known for its active and involved citizenry. The Part-Time Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer services to program and facility guests. This position includes responding to the needs, requests of facility patrons, and providing answers or solutions to concerns. This individual must also be able to answer multi-line phones, escort guests through the facility, handle cash, prepare and serve food, prepare rooms for rentals and assist with special events.
This is a seasonal position that is scheduled to begin this Summer.
This Position will require the attendance of an orientation on Friday, May 8, 2026 to move forward in the process.
Please note that candidates selected for this position may be assigned to any of the following facilities: War Memorial Youth Center, Venetian Pool, or Tennis Center.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
One (1) year of customer service experience required.
One (1) year retail or cash handling experience required.
Food handling experience preferred.
First Aid & CPR Certification preferred.
Valid Florida Driver's License.
A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
