While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training.
In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God's love.
Right now, we are looking to add a Youth Program Case Manager to our team. This position reports to the Family Ministry Supervisor and provides dedicated care and Christ-like compassion to our youngest residents (ages 0-17).
This role is responsible for identifying needs through assessments, developing Individual Service Plans, determining eligibility and referral for a variety of social services, ministering to our youth and families in a gospel-centered environment, guiding them through the program helping to provide holistic stability and self-sufficiency.
If you have a bachelor's degree in social work (or related field; required), 3 years of service in the social work field (preferred), knowledge in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention (required), and want your work to have lasting eternal impact, this might be the job for you!
