Responsibilities
- Work directly with active buyers to help them find and purchase a home
- Schedule and show homes that meet clients’ needs
- Educate buyers on the home-buying process from start to finish
- Write and submit offers using ZipForms
- Navigate the MLS to search for properties, pull comps, and track listings
- Communicate and build strong relationships with co-brokers
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth transactions
- Uphold high standards of service and professionalism for our clients
Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Active Real Estate License
- Member of the Board of Realtors
- Available to start immediately

- ZipForms and real estate contracts
