Edge Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency specializing in representing buyers and sellers in Manhattan Beach and the South Bay.
We are growing and looking for a driven Buyer’s Agent to plug into a high-quality lead pipeline and accelerate their career in the Manhattan Beach and South Bay markets.

You’ll be a first point of contact for incoming inquiries — building relationships, uncovering buyer goals, and guiding them from first conversation to keys-in-hand. We have qualified, South Bay–based leads, and offer hands-on mentorship, modern systems and the accountability structure that turns hustle into results.
