Responsibilities
- Drive meaningful outcomes by contributing to projects within HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) that advance our talent and business strategies.
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals to influence decisions and deliver innovative solutions.
- Present project insights and recommendations to HR leaders, showcasing your ability to create impact.
- Engage in professional development through workshops, speaker series, and networking events designed to build leadership capabilities.
- Currently enrolled in the first year of a Master’s program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or MBA with HR focus.
- Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects or in dynamic environments.
