SHIFT INFORMATION - second shift, Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm
What You’ll Do
- You will ensure the stability, accuracy, and reliability of automated counting and dispensing cells through preventive maintenance, testing, and timely repairs. Your work directly supports operational continuity and patient safety.
- Perform preventive maintenance on cell canisters and related components to ensure consistent system performance.
- Execute cell testing, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related problems.
- Investigate root causes of equipment failures and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Follow and perform drug quarantine procedures in alignment with quality and compliance standards.
- Create, update, and complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Partner in Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
- Apply working knowledge of infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networks, and virtualization when supporting system functionality.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation, maintenance, or technical support within a production or operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgment and decision‑making ability.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely.
- Reliable attendance and a history of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- No active verbal or written disciplinary actions at the time of application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in electrical or electronic maintenance.
- Familiarity with automated systems, robotics, or high‑volume dispensing or manufacturing equipment.
- Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of IT or system infrastructure concepts (servers, networks, virtualization while supporting operational technology).

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 24 - 36 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
