We are building a team of high-output sales professionals who can convert opportunity into revenue. You’ll be given real opportunities daily—your job is to capitalize on them.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Closing company-provided leads
- Maintaining a 30% close rate
- Generating additional opportunities to expand your pipeline
- Running effective, structured sales presentations
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups inside Salesforce
- Owning your performance and revenue output

Minimum Requirements
- Proven track record of closing deals (in-home sales, B2C high-ticket preferred)
- Comfortable working on commission-only / performance-based pay
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background
Compensation
- Uncapped commission
- Top reps earning $2K–$5K per week
- $150K–$260K annual potential (based on performance)
- Weekly pay bonuses

- Structured onboarding and product training
- Proven sales process and scripts
- Consistent lead flow (no cold start)
