DAY-TO-DAY
As an HVAC Sales Representative, you personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. Running about three consultation stops per day, you warmly greet each client and answer any questions or concerns they may have. You thoroughly inspect the equipment and then recommend the appropriate products by explaining their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. When you make a sale, you process paperwork and coordinate with customers regarding appointment scheduling and payment. From start to finish, you see each job all the way through while maintaining exceptional customer service.
