Dietary Aide

Food Service at Main Campus McWane Building

Work schedule will be Full-time on the Evening Shift, 3pm-11pm. Monday- Friday, alternating weekends and holidays.

Summary:
Prepares cafeteria counters for each meal; keep clean and orderly during meal. Greets customers cheerfully and respectfully. Prevents run-outs by informing cooks ahead of time those items needed. Delivers and returns food carts to patient floors.

Other information:
Must demonstrate positive interpersonal relations in dealing with members of the Health System staff, co-workers within the department, and patient's families to promote teamwork, efficiency and to provide quality service.
Ability to speak and read English required.

Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* AL Food Handler or US Food Handler

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:

Nonessential:
* High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:

Nonessential:
* 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Hospitality Food Services
