.Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Co-Administrator to support everyday operations across our three early learning campuses. This leadership role will work closely with our Co-Administrator, who oversees the business and financial operations. Together, you will ensure the highest quality learning environment for children, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 3 years in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training, mentoring, retaining, and supervising staff; experience across multiple sites is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to oversee daily operations of early-learning programs; enrollment, scheduling, compliance, facility oversight, quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania child-care/early-learning licensing, STAR 4 standards, program operations, health & safety, staffing ratios, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relational leadership skills, comfortable working collaboratively with a co-administrator, campus managers, teachers, families, and community partners.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
