Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments
- Strong presence on the floor with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to lead, train, and retain a dynamic FOH team
- Oversee daily FOH operations including service, reservations, staffing, and scheduling
- Ensure hospitality and service standards are executed consistently
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of FOH staff
- Collaborate with BOH, ownership, and training teams to deliver a seamless opening
