Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- Monitor and manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to hit financial targets
- Uphold and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, quality control, and inventory management
- Implement operational systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
- Proven track record of managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs in a restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Experience in full-service, high-volume, or upscale dining preferred
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
