Operations Manager needed to support the the day-to-day operations of a high-volume food hall.
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant, hospitality, venue, food hall, or operations management experience
- High-volume hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and operational reporting
- Support daily food hall operations and ensure seamless execution across all service periods
- Oversee guest experience, vendor performance, and operational standards throughout the property
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and development of front-of-house and operational staff
- Support events, activations, private rentals, and peak business periods while driving operational efficiency and r
