The concept will include craft cocktails, a boutique restaurant element, and weekend entertainment.Qualifications5-10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, boutique hotels, or upscale restaurants.Proven opening experience, including concept development, design collaboration, pre-opening planning, and team buildout.Strong expertise in high-end guest service, member relations, and building personalized hospitality experiences.Ability to collaborate directly with ownership and drive alignment through all phases of development and operations.ResponsibilitiesLead all pre-opening efforts, including concept development, design collaboration, space planning, vendor selection, and operating system setup.Oversee all daily operations of the club once open, ensuring a seamless, elevated guest and member experience.Build and manage a high-touch cocktail program, boutique dining offering, and curated entertainment schedule.Recruit, hire, and develop a polished FOH team with luxury service standards.
