Executive Chef

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $150-$160K

High-volume, upscale sports bar seeks an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen in the heart of Boston.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef in high-volume restaurants
  • 10 years of culinary experience, including à la carte and catering
  • Strong financial, P&L, and inventory management skills


Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead BOH and service teams
  • Develop menus, portion specs, and prep procedures
  • Manage food/labor costs, purchasing, and kitchen operations

Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
