High-volume Lebanese restaurant in NoMad known for polished hospitality, strong wine culture, and large-format dining.
Qualifications:
- Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
- 2-3 years of Dining Room Management experience in an upscale to fine-dining, high-volume NYC restaurant
- Proven track record managing teams and delivering strong guest experiences in busy service environments
- Strong experience training and developing FOH teams including service standards, service flow, and consistency
- Solid wine and beverage knowledge with the ability to coach teams on product knowledge and sales
- Hands-on floor presence during service with the ability to guide and coach staff in real time
- Comfortable supporting scheduling, delegation of responsibilities, and operational execution alongside senior leadership
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Excellent communication skills with both guests and staff
- Calm, steady leadership presence with a team-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on service standards and operational systems
- Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced dining environment
