High School Diploma Required. Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred.Are hands-on and also see the big picture. Together with your team, you will handle monthly details as well as finance strategy.ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to USALI/GAAP standards.Analyze hotel financial performance, including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics, and present actionable insights to property and corporate leadership.Train, mentor, and support property accounting teams, while implementing and strengthening internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness.
