Requirements:
- 3-5 years of similar experience within large scale catering/event operations or resorts/hotels.
- Hands on leadership skills and training and development of employees.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, acting as a liaison between the hotel and guests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Meetings & Events, Culinary, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies, training materials, procedures, and quality standards.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
