Qualifications
- experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior kitchen leadership role in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant
- extensive experience in from-scratch kitchens
- strong from-scratch pasta experience
- high energy, creative, hard-working, and not afraid to jump in with the team
- oversee daily prep needs, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- lead, mentor, and develop cooks and prep cooks
- hire and help build a strong BOH team
- contribute to menu development and bring creativity to the kitchen
- run expo and help maintain strong execution and consistency during service
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
