Qualifications:
-3 years of banquet, catering, or high-volume event culinary leadership experience
-Experience executing large weddings, banquets, or multi-event production
-Strong organizational and production planning skills
-Ability to lead and mentor culinary teams in a fast-paced environment
-Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Responsibilities:
-Lead culinary execution for weddings, banquets, and private events
-Oversee banquet kitchen operations and supervise event culinary teams
-Manage production timelines and prep for multiple simultaneous events
-Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards
-Collaborate with the Executive Chef and events team to deliver seamless event experiences
