THE ROLE
We need a sharp, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchase orders, builder portals, and material ordering for our construction projects. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where accuracy and speed both matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage builder portals — pull job info, track POs, and verify pricing
- Load and maintain accurate job records in NetSuite
- Create material and labor purchase orders using builder specs and bid documents
- Process change orders and fill-in POs quickly and accurately
- Verify colors, materials, and specs at delivery
- Resolve rejected POs and supplier invoice discrepancies
- Maintain strong relationships with builders and suppliers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years in purchasing, procurement, or construction administration
- Construction industry experience — you know how a job site works
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP is a plus
- Familiarity with production homebuilder portals (BuildPro, Hyphen, etc.) is a bonus

PAY & BENEFITS
$50,000–$65,000/year based on experience
