Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a versatile Food Service Associate, encompassing roles such as Busser, Food Runner, Host, Expo, and Security. In this energetic position, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant’s flow—ensuring seamless service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, supporting food delivery and presentation, and upholding safety standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable guest experiences while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization in compliance with food safety standards
• Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, handling food safely and accurately using proper manual handling techniques
• Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and assisting with guest requests to enhance service quality
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste responsibly
• Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, adhering to food handling protocols and safety guidelines
• Support security efforts by monitoring guest behavior, managing crowd control during busy periods, and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons and staff

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for processing orders efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable
• Experience with banquet service or large events can be advantageous in managing high-volume settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional in-person customer service are essential for success in this role
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks such as moving supplies or equipment as needed
• Previous security or crowd management experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided
