As Controller, you’ll oversee and coordinate the community’s daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role plays a vital part in supporting our mission of providing exceptional service to our residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, fixed assets, amortization schedules, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, annual, and long-range financial statements and forecasts, including a five-year plan.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and banking relationships; oversee cash receipts and disbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Position Details:
- Full-time, salaried role with standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
