- Assist our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manage the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities.
- Complete all assigned work orders efficiently and to Resort standards.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration equipment to ensure longevity and proper usage.
- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Must have an eye for detail in the trade with a focus on refrigeration and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
- Uphold the core values, policies, and procedures of the hotel.
- All other duties, as assigned.

- Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
