The primary role of the Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Club Lounge is responsible for supervising the set-up and breakdown of banquet and event spaces in a hotel, conference center, or other event venue. Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Forbes Standards for guest interactions.
- Following up with guest complaints and issues
- Coach and train staff while acting as a role model
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Monitor food usage during shift to ensure proper food presentation throughout food service times.
- Assist with scheduling and planning monthly staff meetings and encouraging a sense of teamwork and respect between all lounge associates.
- Maintain stock at appropriate levels and complete all side work.
- Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Associate degree
- ServSafe
- TIPS Certification
- Weekend and holiday availability with occasional overtime.

- Must be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds; push and pull equipment, supplies, etc., at least 75 pounds.
- Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- The role may require extended periods of time on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.
- Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
