Certified Residential Medical Aide Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification (we're open to viewing resumes for candidates who are in the process of receiving their certification)
- MUST HAVE at least 6 months of professional experience as a CRMA in an assisted living home
- MUST HAVE Personal Support Specialist Certificate (PSS)
- MUST BE willing and able to be at work as scheduled despite weather or catastrophic event
Certified Residential Medical Aide Responsibilities:
- Signing off and administering medication,
- Obtaining vital signs,
- Providing assistance with personal care, and inspiring residents to take part in recreational activities
- Assist in dining room by serving meals
- Responding to lifeline call responders
