Dionne Commons Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our dedicated care team. What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Administer medications safely and accurately (CRMA responsibilities).
- Observe residents and promptly communicate any changes in condition.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all state regulations and facility policies.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and the leadership team to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Active Maine CRMA certification or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous assisted living or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
