Job Description:
- The Client Service Advisor (CSA) manages all aspects of client service, ensuring that every financial plan is properly managed, maintained, and executed with care and precision.
- Manages and tracks all aspects of the client onboarding process, including client paperwork, answering questions, and providing support. Transfers and tracks client funds according to the plan.
- Provides updates and progress reports to clients throughout the relationship at routine intervals.
- Conducts client review meetings.
- Serves as primary point of contact for clients, coordinating communications and resolving any issues that arise.
- Updates and maintains CRM records and notes.
- Collaborates with Lead Advisor to handle transactions and other client issues.
- Assists with ad hoc trades and distributions on client accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least four (4) years of insurance/securities experience, including experience with clients whose investable assets exceed $1 million.
- Must have Series 65, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses.
- College degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter, outstanding follow-through and responsiveness, personally accountable, client-focused, and manages time and priorities well.
- HubSpot and Right Capital software experience highly preferred. Familiarity working with financial software such as Schwab and Fidelity preferred.
