Oracle ERP Implementation Specialist – Dallas, TX
Role Description:
The Oracle ERP Specialist will be gathering business requirements and helping to translate them into technical implementation solutions for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, GL). This person will lead functional design sessions, document business requirements and work with cross functional business and technical teams to maintain integrations with internal banking systems and third-party applications. The ideal person has previous experience in the banking industry and prior successes designing integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, GL) to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions supporting business and regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
- Lead functional design sessions, documenting business requirements and translating them into Oracle configurations and integration specifications.
- Work with OCI and OIC teams to design and maintain integrations with internal banking systems and third-party applications.
- Create integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and coordinate issue resolution in addition to supporting release management activities for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Provide production support and assist with root cause analysis for functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with risk, security, and SOX controls in all Oracle-related activities.
- Partner with the PMO and business leads to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are met
- · Develop test scenarios and test cases, including execution and test run validation and coordinate functional user testing.
Education & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 5 years of Oracle ERP functional experience (ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite).
- 2 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment within Oracle ERP.
- Experience with integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces
- 3-4 years’ experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (GL, FSL, FAH, FA, AP)
- Strong hand on experience in Oracle SaaS reporting tools like BI Publisher, OTBI Analysis reporting and Dashboards, FRS Studio, and Oracle ERP GL Essbase Financial Reporting with multiple accounting hierarchies
- Previous experience working extensively in Accounting and Finance domains within banking/financial industries
- Knowledgeable about Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models
Plus:
- Oracle certifications in ERP Cloud, OIC, or OCI preferred
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
- Master’s degree preferred

Pay: $82,000.00 - $85,500.00 per year
